Safe Shipping

When you place your order with Tooth Fairy Designs, we will send you a special container to protect the baby teeth you ship to us.  PLEASE SEND ALL AVAILABLE BABY TEETH so that we can select the best one for processing.  All baby teeth not used will be returned with your jewelry article.

Write your child's name on the container label.  If you have your children's teeth mixed together (this happens a lot), just write your family name on the container.  If you have more than one child's teeth and they are separated, you will want a separate container for each.

While the container will help protect the teeth, Tooth Fairy Designs is not responsible for the safe packing or shipment of your child's baby teeth to our factory.  Exfoliated baby teeth are extremely fragile, and may break during shipping.  If they do, Tooth Fairy Designs can usually put them back together.  Even if you have only broken baby teeth, Tooth Fairy Designs can very often repair them.

TOOTH FAIRY DESIGNS, INC. LIMITS IT LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF THE COLLECTION OF BABY TEETH YOU DELIVER TO $100, BEGINNING ONLY UPON DELIVERY TO TOOTH FAIRY DESIGNS.

Returns

If for any reason your Tooth Fairy Designs product does not meet your full expectations, you may return it to us within one year for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling).  The baby tooth used to manufacture your article cannot, and will not, be returned.

There has never been a request for a refund in the history of Tooth Fairy Designs. :)

For all returns, please ship your article using UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail. Additional shipping charges are required to process your return or exchange. Please insure all items for the full retail price. If you are returning an item for credit or exchange, please include your credit card number and expiration date to enable us to process your request promptly.
